Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, seeks an experienced Phlebotomy Services supervisor to oversee patient specimen collection and processing for inpatient care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service and staff training across shifts.

You will manage compliance with infection control policies, PPE, and performance evaluations while supporting workflow and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in biological science or related field.
• 5+ years of documented Phlebotomy experience required.
• Recent experience in pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with Lab and Hospital Information Systems or EMR.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Phlebotomy Services and staff competency.
• Collect and process inpatient specimens according to test requirements.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, PPE, and dress code policies.
• Train staff and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Schedule staff to cover expected workflow and manage resources.
