Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Phlebotomist - Inpatient for Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role includes night hours (10pm-6:30am, Mon-Fri with rotating weekends/holidays) and requires accurate specimen collection, labeling, and pre-analytical processing within the lab.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, phlebotomy training with at least 100 clinical hours, CPR (BLS), and a valid IL driver's license with insurance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a phlebotomy training program with at least 100 clinical hours.
Current CPR (BLS) certification.
Valid Illinois driver's license and auto insurance.
Starting rate: $19.25/hr.

Responsibilities

Prepare, collect, log and label specimens for testing.
Performs pre-analytical processing of specimens arriving in the lab.
Registers patient information and orders laboratory tests in the computer system.
Arranges specimens for further processing by Laboratory staff.
