Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL seeks a Phlebotomist I to join a physician-led team. You will perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients, label specimens accurately and maintain a safe, courteous patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or qualified to sit for certification exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy on adult and pediatric patients by venipuncture or finger stick.
• Monitor phone and voice mail messages as necessary.
• Monitor collection supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Receive patients professionally and courteously utilizing AIDET and positive patient experience tools.
• Perform specimen centrifugation, processing, prepping for reference lab transportation, storage and retrieval.
• Utilize computer systems to access patient/testing information accurately.
• Produce patient demographics and paperwork to accompany specimens as necessary.
• Maintain a clean patient and working environment.
• Travel to other sites as required.
