Qualifications

• Phlebotomy Technician I or II California certificate at hire.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily phlebotomy operations across inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Develop and enforce pre-analytical policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules and delegate assignments with management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Lead training and competency evaluation for testing personnel.
• Manage equipment maintenance and quality improvement initiatives.
