Job summary

Qualifications

• CA Phlebotomy Certification required by California Business and Profession Codes
• Experience obtaining blood samples by venipuncture and skin puncture
• Experience with computer data entry and hospital documentation

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include specimen procurement, accessioning, processing and testing under the supervision of a Licensed CLS
• Performs all assigned duties in designated areas
