CompuNet Clinical Laboratories, LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for the phlebotomy team. The role develops three-shift schedules, ensures coverage, and coordinates with Lab Support Leaders to support training and staff development.

Responsibilities include maintaining rotating schedules, coordinating with external contacts for volunteer coverage, handling administrative duties, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalency at minimum.
• Exceptional organizational skills-works quickly and effectively.
• Experience creating and maintaining a schedule is preferred.
• Strong computer keyboarding and software skills
• Demonstrate Customer Service skills including communication, problem resolution and phone skills.
• Able to handle stressful intense situations with a positive approach and even enjoy challenging situations.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed schedules for phlebotomy teams with three shifts and coordinate schedules.
• Develop and maintain a long-term rotating schedule for the lab support team.
• Update and manage a rotating holiday schedule for phlebotomy staff.
• Handle scheduling requests and issues following department policies.
• Maintain and update staffing lists for phlebotomy team members.
• Coordinate with external contacts to ensure volunteer coverage for vacancies.
