Responsibilities

• Manage phlebotomy, central processing, and specimen handling.
• Direct phlebotomy staff and lab reception under regional admin.
• Coordinate with billing for test changes and coding questions.
• Review lab invoices and maintain policies and CLIA compliance.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and track equipment downtime.
• Prepare for inspections and maintain QA documentation.
