Qualifications

• Phlebotomy training or on-the-job phlebotomy experience.
• Experience in outpatient or hospital phlebotomy settings.
• Prior experience with Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Responsibilities

• Identify patient demographics and collect specimens following SOPs.
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with 100% accuracy.
• Handle, label, and transport specimens per protocol and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and inventory in the lab area.
