You will coordinate studies from start-up through close-out, conduct participant visits, perform blood collection, and support assessments, with emphasis on accurate data and regulatory compliance.

This role offers exposure to a variety of trials and requires strong documentation, communication, and collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and site staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical research experience.
• Hands-on phlebotomy experience is required.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studies from start-up through close-out.
• Conduct participant-facing study visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection.
• Support vital signs, ECGs, and other assessments.
• Screen, enroll and consent participants.
• Collect, process, and ship samples.
• Maintain source documentation and study records.
• Enter and maintain data in EDC/CTMS systems.
• Identify and resolve data queries.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs and site staff.
• Ensure studies are conducted per GCP, protocols and SOPs.
