Job summary

Lightship is a clinical trial site organization expanding across on-site, hybrid, and virtual trials, seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator trained in phlebotomy to join our team in Los Angeles. You will manage day-to-day coordination of assigned trials, regulatory compliance, data capture, and participant enrollment.

This role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with investigators, sponsors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical research experience.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical research experience.
• GCP training current and IATA/dangerous goods training if applicable.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and venipuncture.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trials.
• Knowledge of ICH E6(R3) and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute trials from feasibility to close-out.
• Serve as primary site contact with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and vendors.
• Manage regulatory submissions and ongoing study documentation.
• Recruit and pre-screen participants and coordinate enrollment.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling per protocol.
• Maintain inspection-ready study records and data entry.
