Job summary

Elite Clinical Network seeks a highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator to join our research team. The CRC will coordinate and support all aspects of clinical trials and research studies, including subject recruitment, data collection, regulatory compliance, and specimen handling.

Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification is strongly preferred. The role requires strong documentation, communication with sponsors and IRBs, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy or MA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical research activities to ensure study protocols are followed.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure ethical conduct in all study interactions.
• Collect, process, and ship biological specimens per protocol.
• Perform basic clinical procedures as permitted by certification.
• Maintain accurate documentation in case report forms and databases.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors, and IRBs regarding study progress.
• Schedule participant visits and follow-ups; manage visit windows.
• Ensure proper storage and accountability of investigational products.
