Job summary

ECN Operating LLC is seeking a highly organized Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including recruitment, data collection, regulatory compliance, and specimen handling. Candidates with phlebotomy or MA certification are strongly preferred for potential specimen collection and procedures.

The role requires a health-related bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of clinical research experience, with solid knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy or MA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EDC systems (REDCap, EDC).
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical research activities to ensure study protocols are followed.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure ethical conduct in all interactions.
• Collect, process, and ship biological specimens per protocol.
• Perform basic clinical procedures as permitted by certification.
• Maintain documentation in case report forms and electronic databases.
• Communicate with sponsors, monitors, and IRBs regarding progress and compliance.
• Schedule participant visits and ensure visit windows are met.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and accountability of investigational products.
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist with IRB submissions.
