CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR – PHLEBOTOMY

A growing clinical research site is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator with hands‑on phlebotomy experience to join its Chicago team.

This is a great opportunity for a CRC who enjoys being hands‑on with participants and wants exposure to a variety of clinical trials.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate clinical research studies from start‑up through close‑out


• Conduct participant‑facing study visits


• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection


• Support vital signs, ECGs and other study assessments


• Screen, enroll and consent study participants


• Collect, process, label and ship clinical samples


• Maintain accurate source documentation and study records


• Enter and maintain data in EDC/CTMS systems


• Identify and resolve data queries


• Work closely with investigators, sponsors, CROs and site staff


• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with GCP, protocols and SOPs

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of clinical research experience


• Previous CRC/site‑level experience


• Hands‑on phlebotomy experience required


• Comfortable working directly with study participants


• Experience with clinical samples and specimen processing


• Understanding of GCP and clinical research procedures


• Strong documentation and data‑entry skills


• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and reliable


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
