Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and in person; research and process orders for building materials.
  • Stay updated on woodworking, kitchen & bath design, and cabinet making trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities through calls, orders, and quotes.
  • Collaborate with outside sales reps on customer orders and pricing.
  • Research product solutions for customer projects.
  • Uphold Richelieu's Core Values while achieving sales targets.
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday, day shift; may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
Candidate Profile
  • Customer-focused, motivated, and eager to deliver excellent service.
  • Responsive communicator and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred, especially in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of woodworking, cabinetry, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; AS400 experience is helpful but not required.
