Qualifications

• Perform blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens as part of routine venipuncture procedures.
• Maintain and update patient information and testing data in the laboratory system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED and a valid phlebotomy certification as required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously.
• Package and transport specimens per protocol; ensure specimen integrity.
• Adhere to OSHA/DEP regulations and participate in trainings.
