Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Gainesville, GA, is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract role with potential for permanent placement. Schedule: 8:00am – 4:45pm, Mon–Fri, location Gainesville GA.

You will perform blood draws, label and process specimens, and maintain accurate records under OSHA guidelines.

Requirements include a phlebotomy certification and at least 6 months of venipuncture experience; MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens according to procedure.
• Label, centrifuge, and store specimens; maintain accurate records.
• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients.
• Ensure specimen integrity and comply with OSHA/DEP regulations.
