Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging in Plano, TX is seeking a Technologist Assistant (Phlebotomist) to join our team. The role provides on-site technologist support to optimize patient care and center workflow.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30am–4:30pm) with a premium base pay, monthly bonus opportunities, and an excellent benefits program. A strong focus is placed on maintaining a clean, efficient patient environment and smooth throughput.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience running IVs – venipuncture and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patients to changing room; briefly explains procedure.
• Provides pre-exam screening and instructions.
• Assists patients on and/or off table when requested by technologist.
• Supports technologists throughout scan and IV contrast administration.
• Manages post-scan patient hand-off.
• Ensures efficient, friendly, and smooth patient experience for all patients.
• Monitors center modality schedules and keeps techs informed of changes.
• Attends OSHA and company trainings and updates.
