Required duties include order entry, result lookup, report generation, and answering calls with professionalism. Education: High School Diploma or GED; Phlebotomist certification preferred but not required; one year of phlebotomy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community respectfully.
• Collects specimens according to procedures and ensures proper processing.
• Identifies patients accurately and matches identity with service.
• Performs data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Performs clerical duties such as inventory checks, stocking supplies, and answering phones as needed.
• Troubleshoots problems promptly and supports department operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
