Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist certification preferred but not required.
• 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service in clinical or retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community professionally.
• Collects all specimens per established procedures and ensures proper processing.
• Identifies patients accurately; matches patient identity with correct service for safety.
• Performs data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing) as ordered.
• Performs clerical duties (inventory checks, stock supplies, answering phones) as needed.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems promptly; performs other duties as assigned.
