• Performs phlebotomy procedures accurately and within established turn-around times.
• Transports and processes specimens while ensuring integrity and timely delivery to the testing area.
• Maintains documentation for medical necessity and adheres to safety standards.
• Interacts courteously with patients, medical staff and visitors; uses AIDET when communicating.
