Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Completion of certified phlebotomy program (preferred).
• CPR certification (required).
• Phlebotomy certification (preferred).
• Experience with phlebotomy externship or 1 year (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy procedures accurately within turn-around times.
• Transports specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner and maintains integrity.
• Answers calls and documents accordingly in the computer system.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and exceptional professional conduct.
