The role is contract-to-hire and onsite in Norfolk, NE, with a first-shift schedule. Pay is $22.25 per hour, with standard benefits eligibility for temporary roles.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 6 months venipuncture in fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with straight and butterfly needles.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collections using approved venipuncture techniques.
• Explain procedures clearly to patients in a courteous manner.
• Label, centrifuge, split, freeze, and store specimens per test orders.
• Verify accuracy of orders and labels before processing.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
• Follow OSHA and safety guidelines for blood draws and handling.
