Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Windsor, CA team. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with rotating weekends as needed. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens for various tests, and ensure accurate patient data entry. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a CA Phlebotomy License. Labcorp offers a quarterly incentive bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License.
• Ability to pass color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
