Job summary

Labcorp in Anaheim is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the team. You will perform blood collections, prepare specimens for testing, and ensure accurate data entry while providing excellent patient service.

The role requires a high school diploma or California CPT license, with a preference for 1+ year phlebotomy experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Occasional travel to additional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or CA CPT license required.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
