Responsabilités

• Collects blood specimens according to policy and properly identify patients prior to phlebotomy
• Accessions all samples into the Laboratory information system and ensure accurate test orders
• Provide quality customer service with professionalism and timely communication
• Cross-trains in other non-phlebotomy skills and supports the Laboratory team as needed
• Promotes patient safety and adheres to departmental policies and procedures
