Job summary

Travel to additional sites may be required. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and phlebotomy certification or training; 3+ months of experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with patients respectfully.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, tests, and analyses.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system; process billing as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required; provide outstanding patient service.
