Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a medical clinic in Olathe, KS. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15am to 5:15pm, with potential for additional hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will perform blood collections, collect specimens for various tests, and enter patient data accurately while delivering exceptional patient service. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy certification or equivalent training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency preferred.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience or Labcorp experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Able to pass color vision test and work with minimal supervision.
