Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a medical clinic in Olathe, KS. The role involves venipuncture, specimen collection for various tests, and accurate data entry. Travel to additional sites may be required.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of phlebotomy experience or a phlebotomy certification. Excellent customer service and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training required in lieu of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients; travel to additional sites as needed.
