Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws by venipuncture following standard protocol and ensure patient safety.
• Label specimens correctly and ensure proper transport and handling.
• Enter data in LIS/HIS and assist with order processing and clerical duties as needed.
• Provide patient and provider instructions for specimen collection and preparation.
• Support nursing staff and other departments as required.
• Adhere to pre-analytical standards and quality assurance procedures.
