Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required.

• 1 year phlebotomy and specimen processing experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registrations accurately in Epic and other systems.
• Register patients, verify insurance, and ensure correct lab orders.
• Ensure accuracy of test information across systems.
• Verify insurance is current and valid in registration.
• Collect payments for services and assist patients with billing issues.
• Perform phlebotomy collection and maintain QA checks per CLIA/CAP.
