Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Instructor preferred.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy and specimen processing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and computer registration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registrations in Epic and other systems.
• Verify insurance and test orders for accuracy and safety.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens from patients.
• Package and transport specimens per DOT guidelines.
• Assist with billing inquiries and patient questions.
