Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 33431 13th Pl. Federal Way, WA 98003. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with duties including blood collection, data entry, and patient service.

Qualifications

• Washington State Phlebotomy license (MA-P) required.
• Six months or more phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
