Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Seattle, WA. You will perform skilled blood collections and provide exceptional service in a patient-facing role at a Labcorp site. The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Minimum qualifications include a WA phlebotomy license and strong communication skills. We encourage growth through our quarterly incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State phlebotomy license.
• 1+ years of phlebotomy experience.
• 6+ months of Labcorp phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and other tests.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
