Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Everett, WA. You will perform skilled blood collections, provide exceptional customer service, and be the face of the company at Patient Service Centers or client offices.

We offer a quarterly incentive bonus program, flexible hours, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). A WA phlebotomy license is required or a license application in progress at hire.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State phlebotomy license or license in progress (in lieu of license, applicant for license may meet requirement)
• 3+ months phlebotomy experience preferred
• 6+ months Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information
• Provide superior customer service to patients
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
