Job summary

Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to obtain and prepare specimens for analysis across inpatient, outpatient, surgery, and ED settings. You will work under the supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, using a state-of-the-art handheld computer to ensure patient safety and data accuracy.

Completion of an accredited phlebotomy program is required; national certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited phlebotomy program
• National certification preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• BLS certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Obtain and/or prepare specimens for analysis
• Utilize a handheld computer to ensure patient safety and data accuracy
• Work under the Phlebotomy Supervisor's direct supervision
• Support the mission of the hospital and quality patient care
