Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program required.
• Minimum two years of experience in venipuncture and specimen processing preferred.
• California CPT I or CPT II certification required.
• Knowledge of LIS/EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and capillary collection using sterile techniques.
