Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for Daytona Beach, FL, on-site only. The contract role requires a 5-month term with a pay rate of $19.85–$21.26 per hour, supporting daily patient blood collection and specimen prep in a professional lab environment.

The role demands a High School diploma or equivalent, plus phlebotomy training or certification where applicable. Experience in phlebotomy and customer service is valued, with opportunities for growth through hands-on patient interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
