Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist in Palm Coast, FL for a 6‑month contract. The position is onsite with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM. Pay rate ranges from $19.85 to $21.26 per hour (USD). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities include drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Responsibilities

• Draws blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment and accurate records.
• Handle patient interactions with trust and clear explanations.
