Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods.
• Collect specimens for tests and ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely into systems.
• Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support at the office.
• Travel to additional sites as required.
