Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient service center in Taylorsville, UT. You will perform skilled specimen collections, provide exceptional customer service, and be the face of Labcorp while supporting growth and quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred candidates may have Labcorp experience or 1+ year phlebotomist work history. A phlebotomy certification or accredited training is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of accredited training program.
• Able to pass color blindness test.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
