Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in West Valley City, Utah. The position offers a standard 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, with opportunities for growth within the organization and exposure to a broad range of laboratory services.

You will perform skilled specimen collection, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver exceptional customer service in a patient-facing setting. A phlebotomy certification or completed training may be required; prior Labcorp experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Labcorp experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) experience as a phlebotomist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
