Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Greeneville, TN. The role involves performing venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, collecting specimens for drug screens and tests, and ensuring accurate data entry and specimen handling.

The position emphasizes exceptional customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or at least 3 months

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or at least 3 months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Color vision testing may be required; ability to pass standardized test.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
