Job summary

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, and phlebotomy certification or training (or 3 months+ phlebotomy experience). This position may require travel between sites and occasional overtime; full vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required.
