Job summary

Labcorp in Riverton, UT is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. The role involves blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, specimen handling, data entry, and delivering excellent patient service.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma; preferred candidates have Labcorp experience or 1+ year phlebotomy experience, and a phlebotomy certification. Training and quarterly incentive bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified or trained in phlebotomy preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis, maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
