Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in LaGrange, KY. You will perform blood collections, collect specimens, and provide exceptional service to patients in a client office setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy experience; a certification from an accredited agency is preferred or required in lieu of experience. You will travel to additional site locations as needed and may participate in the PST Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
