Job summary

Labcorp in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections and collect specimens for various tests, while ensuring accurate data entry and customer service. Travel to additional sites may be required.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for growth within Labcorp's patient-focused network. A phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months of experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 3+ months experience as phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
