Job summary

Labcorp in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm, with travel to additional sites as needed. You will perform skilled blood collections, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver strong customer service to patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Phlebotomy certification or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Preferred 3+ years of phlebotomy experience.
• Must pass a color blindness test and demonstrate reliable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
