Qualifications

• To qualify you must have a High school diploma or the equivalent required.
• One year of Phlebotomy experience performing venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Phlebotomy Certificate and/or Certification in Medical Assisting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine Phlebotomy in a laboratory or patient area following procedures.
• Labels specimens accurately and handles STATS specimens promptly.
• Maintains patient privacy and HIPAA compliance; ensures accurate data entry in EPIC.
