Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 211 13th Street, Ramona, CA 92065. The role requires routine venipuncture, specimen handling, and exceptional patient-focused service in a fast-paced setting. Training will be provided, with opportunities for growth within Labcorp.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm; overtime and weekends may be required. This on-site position offers a quarterly incentive program and a competitive pay range dependent on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• California State Phlebotomy License required or license application in progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
