Labcorp in West Chester, PA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. This role collects blood samples, performs capillary and venipuncture techniques, and supports testing workflows across patient service centers or client offices.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and phlebotomy certification or training; 1 year of phlebotomy experience is preferred. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm with rotating Saturdays, and opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
